Saskia holds 10+ years’ experience spanning the corporate, diplomatic and international development spheres. She specialises in managing the sociopolitical risks in, and transforming the dynamics of, fragile and conflict-prone environments.

While with the United Nations she led a Guinness World record-breaking anti-radicalisation programme for 250,000 Gazans. She was the UN negotiator with the Israeli military during the 2009 Gaza conflict. She has been responsible for political engagement on behalf of, and improving operational effectiveness within, missions in Lebanon and Kosovo.

Saskia has subsequently advised natural resource companies on their government, community and NGO engagement strategies across Africa and the Middle East. She holds a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and an MBA from IMD Business School.
