By working with Strategia you benefit from the experience of our Financial Services Team as well as the ‘value add’ of our network of regional and technical specialists. All our teams can deploy worldwide, sometimes at very short notice, in order to properly understand the environment in which you and your clients operate. By being independent, ‘on-the-ground’ and by ‘walking and talking’ inside the company, in the communities and with the key stakeholders, including governments, media and NGOs, we are able to identify and gain a deep understanding of the source of the issues and risks facing your company or customer which may not always be apparent to the boardroom. As well as providing an experienced ‘boots on the ground’ capability, our teams can also reach back for advice and expertise from our wider associate and partner base, giving you access to the extensive combined knowledge and experience of our people.
CASE STUDY – LONDON
Train Pension Fund Investment Team so that they can understand and apply their Crisis Management Plan (CMP) in a crisis.
Investment Team took part in a crisis management exercise aimed at testing the team’s ability to deal with a range of realistic, credible and significant crisis scenarios; based on IT/Cyber, liquidity and fraud driven events in subsidiary funds developed with the aid of a ‘red team’ provided by the client.
The Investment Team completed development of the CMP, informed by the post-exercise report together with a comprehensive risk assessment and recommended a regular programme of Crisis Management exercises to test and continually refine the CMP.
What our clients say
“Using their comprehensive approach, the Strategia team took us out of our normal comfort zone and helped us understand the full spectrum of risks the Estate faces, not just the financial and operational risks we have focused on in the past. In particular, they helped us understand the importance of reputational and cyber risks in our complex environment – and what we needed to do about them.”Peter GriffithCompany Secretary, The Howard de Walden Estate
