James is an experienced consultant and executive coach with over 30 years of experience working with public and private sector clients involving strategy execution, organizational development and performance management. He has lead consulting engagements involving strategy development, process reengineering, market competitive analysis, organizational realignment and corporate culture change. As part of his strategy work, he has facilitated executive workshops with CEOs, senior leadership and line managers developing organizational strategy and strategy management / performance management systems. Most recently, he has worked with the US Department of Health and Human Services developing a performance management system as well as the Office on Women’s Health’s strategic reorganization. He has lectured extensively internationally on strategy and been published by the Harvard Business School Press.

James has a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
