Josephine is an Associate Lecturer in the International Education Institute at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. She holds a MLitt in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and will soon be awarded her Ph.D. in International Relations, also from St Andrews. Josephine is currently a Fellow at the Centre for Global Law and Governance and a Research Associate at the Institute for Middle East, Central Asian and Caucasus Studies, both at the University of St Andrews. She is also a Carnegie ‘New Leader’ at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. In this role, she explores the ethical dimensions of contemporary global issues of concern with leaders and experts in foreign policy, business, academia, and tech. Josephine possesses experience working in graduate research support, human resources management, financial aid administration (higher education), and in legal administrative support in the U.S.
