Roger is a financial markets transformation consultant with substantial international senior leadership experience in investment and commercial banking, asset management and wholesale insurance. In recent consulting assignments he has led the restructuring and delivery of multi-hundred million pound global business transformation programmes, principally in the Risk and Regulation domain.
His background in top tier consulting includes being lead partner of Andersen’s UK Risk Technology practice and practice head for IT organisational effectiveness at Capgemini Consulting. In industry, Roger has held CIO roles as Head of Global Fixed Income Technology for BNP in the UK and as Managing Director of Business Technology EME at Marsh.
