Strategia Worldwide has conducted risk assessments for extractive companies in Kazakhstan and Cote d’Ivoire.
This week, Strategia Partner Iain Pickard is in Cote d’Ivoire doing a high level risk assessment for a mining company. The assignment will include the facilitation of a Risk Assessment Workshop and then producing a Risk Register.
Also this week, Strategia Associate Rob Weighill is travelling to Kazakhstan to do an analysis of the factors in country and risks facing mining operations there. Rob will conduct a review of the general license to operate conditions taking a close interest in the above ground risks associated with one mine in particular.
