James was a partner and director at Palladium with fifteen years’ experience and expertise in all aspects of project management from design, negotiation, implementation and risk management and PRINCE2® Practitioner. James was formerly responsible for growing and managing one of Palladium (GRM)’s three business units responsible for a portfolio of work with an annual turnover of GBP50m. He oversaw the growth of Palladium UK to become a key supplier to DFID and was responsible for building and maintaining Palladium’s client relationship with DFID. He has general management experience having managed a team of over 40 permanent staff and over 300 project staff.
James has multi-sectoral experience, experience of different funding mechanisms from grant based finance to more innovative return based financing systems.
James brings a broad range of management, research and practical insight as well as a demonstrated ability to successfully deliver development and commercial projects on time and within budget. Similarly, his ability to liaise with a broad range of project stakeholders including government ministries, multi-lateral organisations, NGOs and donors will ensure successful project delivery.
